Dear Keith and Chase,

I just want you to know how much I value our relationship with McNeill Plumbing.  Simply put --- you folks never let us down here at SummitEast.

While we rarely have plumbing issues, when we do, I know that I can always rely on quick, efficient and professional work at a good price.  Today was no exception. 

When I discovered a serious leak in the 2nd floor janitorial floor sink that impacted all the way to the first floor, your service crew dispatched a new guy named Chris Servello.  He was able to quickly determine the nature of the problem (perhaps a shortcut on the original install ---hard to tell now) and diagnosed the solution.  The leak is repaired and my custodial staff can carry on!  Of course, I have one heck of mess with a wet ceiling and compromised HVAC ducts, but that's not your problem! Mad Dog, Parker Services and Darnell will have their work cut out for them.

I will probably leave names out, but pass my thanks on to Chris, Judy, Karen, and Nicole for today's work.  For all the other occasions I can't help but remember how great the other guys were:  Will, Eli, Mike, Greg and Keith Walker --- and whoever has been out here!  The funny thing is Karen just called and has another tech on the way to the Mainline building to repair a toilet!  Maybe I'll meet another fine McNeill employee!
